Space Ace 1

ReadySoft released Space Ace 1 in the year 1989; it's an old science fiction adventure game, part of the Space Ace series. Space Ace 1 is NOT abandonware, runs on DOS and can be played in single player mode. Space Ace 1 is a conversion from an arcade coin-op machine.

The animation for Space Ace was produced by the same team that tackled the earlier Dragon's Lair, headed by ex-Disney animator Don Bluth.

A sequel, Space Ace II: Borf's Revenge was created for the PC mixing new animation with scenes from the original game that were left out of the PC version due to the high amount of memory they comprised.
