F-16 Combat Pilot review

Zero Magazine Issue 01 (1990): "This is the one that came out hot on the heels of Falcon and inevitable comparisons were drawn, with most critics coming down on the side of the Mirrorsoft/Spectrum Holobyte game. At first I agreed with this - but having played Combat Pilot for a while, now I'm not so sure.
The game (sorry, simulation) is very much the same as in Falcon. You're in charge of an F-16, and you have to select missions and armaments and build up flying hours and 'kills'. It's the implementation that's so different - and, in some respects, rather annoying."

Collector's corner:

Digital Integration repackaged and released the game in 1994 under Action Sixteen publishing label after fixing the compatibility issue with Amiga 1200 computers, however the 14-MHz processor of the system ran the game faster than real-time.
