Commando Enhanced

Commando Enhanced revisits the classic commando-style action formula with a more polished presentation and the same basic ingredients: dangerous missions, hostile soldiers, weapons, and an unhealthy number of things trying to kill you. The player moves through enemy territory while completing objectives and dealing with opposition from multiple directions. Its top-down perspective keeps the battlefield readable while still allowing plenty of chaos once combat begins. The enhanced presentation gives the game a little more visual punch than its older inspirations, but the appeal remains rooted in straightforward action and tactical movement. It is not a game for someone looking for long philosophical conversations with the enemy. Here, the conversation is generally conducted with bullets. Fast reactions, sensible positioning, and a willingness to keep moving are the keys to survival.
