Get Medieval is a fast-paced fantasy action game that does not waste much time wondering whether its heroes should perhaps avoid dangerous dungeons. Instead, you pick a character, grab some equipment, and head straight into trouble. The game focuses on combat, exploration, and collecting useful items while battling a colorful assortment of monsters. Different characters offer their own strengths, giving the action some variety and encouraging experimentation. The atmosphere is deliberately lighthearted, with cartoon-like presentation and a playful attitude toward the usual fantasy clichés.
