Postal 2

Postal 2 takes the outrageous premise of its predecessor and expands it into a first-person sandbox where practically every ordinary errand can become an excuse for complete chaos. The Postal Dude spends his week dealing with mundane tasks such as shopping, paying bills, and getting signatures, except that everything can spiral spectacularly out of control. The game encourages experimentation, allowing players to approach situations with weapons, improvised tools, or increasingly ridiculous combinations of objects. Its humor is deliberately crude and offensive, often pushing situations far beyond normal good taste. That will certainly not appeal to everyone, but it is central to the game's identity. Beneath the outrageous material is a surprisingly flexible sandbox with plenty of freedom. Postal 2 remains memorable because it understands one simple principle: if something can go horribly wrong, the game will probably give you the opportunity to make it happen.
