Space Harrier is an old DOS science fiction third-person shooter game developed by Sega in 1989 from an original idea by David R. Mattern, Brian A. Rice. Space Harrier can be enjoyed in single player mode from a 3rd person perspective. Space Harrier is a conversion from an arcade coin-op machine. It's available for download.

Space Harrier is set in "the Fantasy Zone", a surreal world composed of bright colors and a checkerboard-styled ground. The enemies are also unique, featuring prehistoric animals, Chinese dragons, and alien pods.
