An IBM PC/Tandy manual in PDF form is available at www gamesdatabase org/game/microsoft-dos/ace-of-aces
Look for 'Game Manual' near the top of the page.

There is an EGA version of the game, it appears that it was an upgrade that at first you had to send 5 off for, then later seems to have been offered for free, judging by pictures of the box artwork on Moby Games. I'm off in search now of the EGA version in the wilds of the Internet.
Say something about Ace of Aces! Did you play it? Did you like it or hate it? Do you have trouble running this game? Don't be afraid to ask for help (please, read the guide first).
