"Back when I was the proud owner of an Amiga 500, if you wanted to play good fighting games (and you didn't own a console) you had to seek out the nearest arcades and spend coin after coin trying to stay alive and learn every move of games like Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter 2. Body Blows was the answer to the prayers of Amiga owners who wanted a fighting game for their computer. It seems like Team17 modeled Body Blows on Street Fighter 2: it plays in a similar way, the roster of colorful characters is quite varied and the graphics are not that different. Body Blows was converted for DOS and the sequel - Ultimate Body Blows - got converted too." - Abandonware DOS
