Cartooners lets you live out your childhood dream of being a one-person animation studio… minus the caffeine addiction. It’s a charming sandbox where you can draw your own characters, animate them, and build little skits complete with sound effects and wacky backdrops. Think MS Paint meets Looney Tunes after a sugar high. It’s not exactly Pixar, but it has a goofy charm that makes up for the limited tools.
