In Castle Master, you get dropped into a spooky polygonal castle and told, “Figure it out.” And that’s it. Early 3D graphics make every wall look like it was painted by a cubist on a deadline, but it works. You explore, solve physics-defying puzzles, and occasionally hurl psychic blasts at evil spirits. There’s no map, barely a hint system, and an atmosphere that’s somehow both claustrophobic and confusing. Still, it’s weirdly addictive and more immersive than you'd expect from a castle made of triangles.
