Action Forms developed the DOS science fiction shooter game Chasm: The Rift in 1997. Chasm: The Rift is currently abandonware, runs on DOS and can be played in single player, multiplayer (Modem, Internet) modes. Chasm: The Rift includes a level editor. It's available for download.
