Crystal Caves is a bright, cheerful platformer starring Mylo Steamwitz, an entrepreneur whose business plan involves raiding dangerous alien caves for profit. The levels are full of hazards, from traps to enemies that seem designed solely to ruin your day. The puzzles require both timing and brains, and the colorful graphics make each stage feel distinct. It’s lighthearted, but don’t let that fool you—the difficulty can spike faster than you can say “retro platforming.”
I have a particular fondness for this game. I bought a secondhand disk with this game on it at a swap meet back in the early 90s and used to play it on my 286 often.

Actually a really good game, I played this with my brother. You go to different places and you have to collect items if I remember correctly. You have three lives usually and if you die you just go back to the start of the level you were playing.
