Disney's The Jungle Book

Disney’s The Jungle Book asks the eternal question: can a small boy raised by wolves really out-dance a bunch of monkeys while dodging snakes? The answer is yes, but not without frustration. This DOS and Windows XP platformer sends you bounding through lush jungles where the vines are swingable, the bananas plentiful, and Baloo somehow never around when you need him. Mowgli’s moves are quick and satisfying, though you’ll occasionally curse at the pixel-perfect jumps demanded by the game. The charm is undeniable, though—it’s hard not to grin when you’re boogying with King Louie or bopping a tiger on the nose.
