If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be a criminal economist in 1980s New York, Drug Wars has your fix—pun intended. This early DOS classic throws you into the chaotic underworld of narcotics trade, where buying low and selling high isn’t about stocks, but street drugs. You’ll juggle shady dealers, police crackdowns, and fluctuating market prices, all through the magic of text-based menus. It’s part business sim, part crime story, and all spreadsheet glory. Just don’t expect fancy graphics—this game is pure ASCII adrenaline.
I have this game and I play it on Boxer. The game crashes so often though for seemingly random reasons. Was hoping to find an online version.
