If you’ve ever dreamed of becoming a ruthless tycoon without being yelled at by shareholders, Entrepreneur (1997, Windows) is your playground. It throws you into a fierce world of branding, production chains, and cutthroat marketing wars. One minute you’re choosing a logo, the next you’re sabotaging competitors like a cartoon villain with a calculator. It’s deeper than it looks and funnier than it intends, especially when your brilliant business plan fails because you forgot to actually manufacture anything. A delightful, slightly chaotic simulation of capitalism at its most mischievous.
One of the best strategy/management games ever made. Very addictive, very rewarding. I always wished there was a remaster or follow-up title.
