Guilty from 1995 is a moody point-and-click adventure that seems to have majored in brooding. You step into a murder investigation drenched in rain-soaked atmosphere and existential unease. The characters are suspicious, the environments grimy, and your notebook quickly fills with clues that may or may not make sense at 2 a.m. The game leans heavily on dialogue, rewarding patience and punishing random clicking with the emotional equivalent of a raised eyebrow. Its visuals, digitized and slightly uncanny, give everything a surreal edge. If you enjoy slow-burn mysteries where every conversation feels loaded and every corridor hides a secret, this one delivers with a suitably grim frown.
