Released in 1989, Legacy of the Ancients combines traditional role-playing mechanics with exploration, quests, and a surprisingly imaginative fantasy setting. Players recruit companions, battle dangerous creatures, and gradually uncover the mysteries surrounding an ancient civilization whose influence still shapes the world.
