If Low Blow (1990, DOS) teaches you anything, it’s that boxing doesn’t always require finesse — sometimes you just mash the punch button until your opponent stops moving. It’s crude, it’s cartoony, and it’s not remotely realistic, but that’s part of its charm. Every fighter is a walking stereotype, every punch lands with a meaty “thwack,” and every victory feels undeserved yet satisfying. It’s basically Punch-Out!! on a bad day, but you can’t help smiling while you play.
