Prehistorik 2 builds on the first game’s formula but smooths out the rough edges. The controls are tighter, the levels more inventive, and the humor dialed up a notch. Once again, you’re a caveman armed with an infinite appetite and a trusty club, but now the environments feel more alive. The animations pop with personality, and the challenge curve keeps you engaged without being cruel. It’s still goofy, still simple, but undeniably more polished. If Prehistorik was the appetizer, Prehistorik 2 is the satisfying main course, proving that sometimes sequels really do improve on the original.
