Sega Rally Championship

Sega Rally Championship is a 1995 arcade racing classic that brings the wonderfully unpredictable world of rally driving to the PC. Players race through dirt, gravel, mud, and other surfaces that seem specifically designed to make a perfectly good car filthy. The game's greatest strength is its handling: the cars slide, bounce, and react differently depending on the terrain, making every corner a small negotiation with physics. The selection of rally cars is limited, but each feels distinctive, and the courses provide plenty of opportunities to discover that braking too late is still a bad idea, even in a video game.
