SimFarm is a simulation video game developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts in 1993. In SimFarm, players take on the role of a farmer and manage various aspects of running a farm, including planting crops, raising livestock, and dealing with natural disasters.
Players start with a basic farm and a limited amount of resources, and they must gradually expand and improve their operations to become successful. They can choose which crops to plant, buy and sell livestock, invest in equipment and buildings, and manage finances to maximize profits.

Computer Gaming World (1993): "Well, I've got chores to do so you're on your own, neighbor. It's not perfect, but learning how to SimFarm is a lot of fun. The manual's a humdinger, real top shelf, with plenty of advice and just the right amount of jokes. And somebody took a lot of time making SimFarm look real purty. Sometimes it seems like you can almost smell the gladiolus blooming. You'll appreciate the sound effects, especially if you know what a real pig sounds like, isn't that right, Freddy?"
