Star Breaker

The galaxy is in trouble, and apparently the authorities have decided that one spacecraft is enough to deal with an entire alien invasion. In Star Breaker, the colony planets of New Chicago have been overrun by the Rrampon, a hostile alien force that has established itself both in the skies and underground. Your mission is to pilot an advanced spacecraft and clear the infestation, taking on airborne enemies before dealing with the creatures lurking beneath the surface. This 1989 scrolling shooter combines different styles of gameplay across multiple levels, with plenty of hostile targets to keep you busy. Saving a colony is never easy, especially when nobody else seems willing to help.
