If you want to create your own profile, run SU.EXE. Enter anything you want for
Supervisor's name and other information. Then, move the file "SA" that the program
created from root directory into the game's directory.

If you don't want to create your own profile, you can use mine to run the game directly.
Relevant info is the followin:

Code Name : Underdogs
Supervisor's Name : SCIN
Last Name : Detective
First Name : Private
Birthdate : 010101
Mothers Maiden Name : Maiden
Name Of Person You Will Never Forget : Elvis
