Part RTS, part simulation, Carrier Command was ahead of its time in the same way that an aircraft carrier is ahead of a canoe. You control a futuristic warship, launch aircraft and amphibious units, and fight over tiny islands that somehow matter a lot. It’s complex, strategic, and will absolutely overwhelm you the first few hours. But get past that learning curve, and it becomes a beautifully bleak war of attrition with lasers. Slow, tactical, and very, very satisfying.

To slow down the game emulation press CTRL+F11, to speed up the game press CTRL+F12. Press Escape (ESC) to exit fullscreen mode.
