In 1989, Leisure Suit Larry 3: Passionate Patti in Pursuit of the Pulsating Pectorals expanded the series by allowing players to control both Larry and the capable Passionate Patti. This dual perspective adds variety to the adventure while maintaining Sierra's trademark combination of challenging puzzles and playful humor. Tropical settings, eccentric characters, and clever dialogue keep the story entertaining from beginning to end. Patti often demonstrates considerably more competence than Larry, a fact the game cheerfully acknowledges. Watching them stumble through romantic chaos together remains one of the series' greatest strengths.
