Players carefully examine patients before undertaking complex brain operations where precision becomes absolutely essential. The simulation rewards thoughtful decision-making while offering fascinating insight into specialized medicine. Although visually modest by modern standards, it succeeds through authenticity and educational value. Unsurprisingly, operating on the human brain leaves very little room for improvisation, making this one of the few games where reading the instructions genuinely feels like a survival strategy.
