Temple of Kroz blends puzzle-solving with arcade reflexes, creating a strange but compelling hybrid. You navigate traps, monsters, and bizarre hazards while collecting gems and trying not to explode. The controls are simple, but the challenge ramps up quickly, forcing you to think several steps ahead. There is a playful unpredictability to the design, as if the game enjoys surprising you just when you feel confident.
