The Amazing Spider-Man and Captain America in Dr. Doom's Revenge! is a crossover that feels like a comic book come to life, complete with iconic heroes and a villain who clearly enjoys dramatic entrances. The gameplay mixes action and side-scrolling segments, letting you switch between Spider-Man and Captain America, each with their own abilities. It’s a bit clunky by modern standards, but the concept alone carries a lot of charm. There’s something undeniably fun about teaming up two superheroes to take down Doctor Doom, even if the controls occasionally make you feel like the real enemy is the keyboard.
