Abandonware DOS title

Play Digger online

Often mistaken as a Dig Dug clone, Digger is more like its eccentric cousin who insists on bringing a disco soundtrack to every family gathering. Released in 1983 for DOS, it combines digging with a jewel heist, tossing in some enemy-chomping for good measure. Imagine Pac-Man but with dirt, emeralds, and a handy cannon strapped to your mining cart. The beeps and bloops of the original PC speaker soundtrack have been stuck in players’ heads for decades, like the best (or worst) kind of earworm. It’s frantic, it’s quirky, and it has more charm than you’d expect from a game about underground burglary.
