The concept gives the game a unique personality, combining action with a surprising amount of scientific inspiration. It is certainly not the kind of operating room most doctors would recognize, but that imaginative approach is part of its appeal. Few DOS titles dared to make biology this adventurous, or this unexpectedly fun.
