In King's Quest II: Romancing the Throne, King Graham trades royal paperwork for a perilous journey to find the woman destined to become his queen. The adventure expands upon its predecessor with a larger world, more imaginative puzzles, and plenty of fairy-tale inspiration. Every new location hides secrets, magical objects, and occasionally something eager to shorten your quest considerably. Logic sometimes takes a vacation, but persistence usually wins the day. The charming presentation and whimsical storytelling helped establish the series as one of Sierra's defining franchises, proving that romance in fantasy often involves considerably more poisonous creatures than anyone would reasonably expect.
