Cartooners lets you live out your childhood dream of being a one-person animation studio… minus the caffeine addiction. It’s a charming sandbox where you can draw your own characters, animate them, and build little skits complete with sound effects and wacky backdrops. Think MS Paint meets Looney Tunes after a sugar high. It’s not exactly Pixar, but it has a goofy charm that makes up for the limited tools. Great for kids or adults who still giggle at a well-timed banana peel slip.

To slow down the game emulation press CTRL+F11, to speed up the game press CTRL+F12. Press Escape (ESC) to exit fullscreen mode.
