Impossible Mission 2 proves that espionage is mostly about jumping carefully and avoiding suspicious furniture. Released in 1988 for DOS, this sequel expands on the original's platforming and puzzle-solving blend with more gadgets and larger environments. The challenge is steep, often demanding precision and memory, but the payoff is a tense, rewarding adventure. Its atmosphere balances futuristic intrigue with old-school difficulty, meaning every success feels earned. Also, very few games make searching desks for clues feel this dramatic.
