Phil Steinmeyer

One of PopTop's most significant achievements was the "Railroad Tycoon" series, which Steinmeyer worked on as a designer and programmer. Under Steinmeyer's leadership, PopTop also developed other successful titles like "Tropico", a city-building simulation game where players take on the role of a dictator managing a tropical island nation.
