if old games like "Chessmaster 9000" dont render properly @windows 10, just extract the 4 DLL files of the "dgVoodoo2" zip [under its "MS > x86" folder] inside the installation folder of game. I tested this with both the "Fairlight CD images" & "GOG" versions of Chessmaster 9000 & it fixed both the 2D boards [newspaper] & 3D boards... cheers! :)
