Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards is the debut title in the Leisure Suit Larry series, created by Al Lowe and originally published by Sierra On-Line in 1987. The game follows Larry Laffer, a leisure-suit-wearing man in his forties who, despite being a virgin, is determined to find true love over the course of a wild night in the city of Lost Wages. Due to its popularity, Sierra released a remake in 1991 featuring enhanced 256-color VGA graphics, updated interface, and a refreshed soundtrack.

This is where the legend began. A simplistic adventure, perhaps, but it had teenage boys talking (and laughing) for hours when daddy's (or Granddaddy's) computer was left unattended. Some jokes never get old, and this one is rife with them.
