Return to Kroz

Kroz returns, and with it, your CRT monitor’s worst nightmare: ASCII graphics! Return to Kroz takes you back to a time when @ meant “you,” and everything else was trying to kill you. Using only your wits, a whip, and a handful of randomly scattered scrolls, you delve into dungeons made of letters and symbols, trying not to run out of ammo or dignity. It’s gloriously minimal and mercilessly old-school. You don’t play Kroz for the plot—you play it to prove to your younger self that yes, you still got it. Also, you will die. A lot.
