Sango Fighter 2

Sango Fighter 2 expands the fighting formula of its predecessor with more characters, moves, and opportunities for chaotic martial-arts action. The game once again turns warriors from the Three Kingdoms era into tournament fighters, giving players a selection of combatants with different abilities and fighting styles. Battles are fast, colorful, and packed with special attacks, while the historical theme provides an entertaining contrast to the arcade-style violence. The sequel retains the straightforward appeal of the original while adding more variety for players who enjoyed the first game. It is not trying to recreate ancient warfare in a historically rigorous manner; this is history with considerably more punching. Sango Fighter 2 is therefore best approached as a lively fighting game with a memorable setting. After all, when diplomacy fails, apparently the next logical step is a tournament bracket.
