Super Tetris is an abandoned puzzle game designed by Gilman Louie, Alexey Pajitnov, Vladimir Pokhilko, Joel Powers, Les Watts, developed by Sphere and released by Spectrum HoloByte in 1991. Super Tetris runs on DOS.
As @Russ6163 mentioned, it seems that the game require a word from the manual to be able to start. However, the copy-protection seems to accept any typed word in this build of the game.
