Star Saga: Two - The Clathran Menace continues the science-fiction role-playing adventure of its predecessor, expanding the story and sending players deeper into a galaxy threatened by the mysterious Clathran menace. Exploration, character development, combat, trading, and interaction with alien civilizations remain central to the experience. The game encourages players to travel between worlds, gather information, improve their equipment, and gradually piece together the larger story. Its scale gives it the feel of a genuine space opera, with numerous places to visit and plenty of opportunities for the player to wander off the intended path. The Clathran Menace is aimed squarely at fans of old-school RPGs who enjoy discovering a setting at their own pace. It may not hold your hand, but that is part of its appeal. Somewhere out there is the answer to the galaxy's biggest mystery. Unfortunately, finding it requires visiting a considerable number of planets first.
