Utopia: The Creation of a Nation challenges you to build and manage a society, which sounds noble until everything starts going wrong at once. Released in 1992, it blends simulation and strategy, asking you to balance resources, infrastructure, and the needs of your population. It’s not always forgiving, and you’ll likely face a few crises along the way, some of your own making. Still, there’s a sense of accomplishment in watching your nation grow, even if it occasionally teeters on the edge of collapse. It’s thoughtful, demanding, and surprisingly engaging.
