Might and Magic: Swords of Xeen is something of a curious side chapter in the Xeen saga, originally created as a smaller adventure but still packed with the series’ trademark mix of exploration and monster-bashing. The familiar world is back, along with colorful landscapes, tricky dungeons, and enough enemies to keep your party constantly sharpening their weapons. While it may not be as grand as the main entries, it carries the same playful spirit: wander around, poke suspicious objects, and hope the next door doesn’t hide something enormous and unpleasant. It feels a bit like a bonus quest added after the heroes already saved the world once, which is honestly a fine excuse to dive back into Xeen and cause a little more heroic chaos.
